How do I set up my account?
You can find the sign up on the account page, there you can sign up or sign back in if you already have an account.
How do I earn points?
You can register your account and spin the wheel every day. Or you can share the excitement and send a link to your friends, if they use your link you get points!
What’s the difference between buying and selling accounts?
A regular account, such as shopping, is used to explore the site and find products. A seller account is able to have a pop-up shop and showcase their own products.
How do I add my friends to my account?
You can add your friends through email or accounts on PeppermintOne, you can find information regarding this on your account page.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can go to the subscription area on your account and select the current plan you have. After that you can cancel recurring payments. We will then send an expire date for your membership in case you want to reactivate it beforehand.
Can I change from monthly to yearly payments?
Currently we only offer monthly payments, eventually PeppermintOne will have an option to pay for a yearly subscription. Anything regarding current subscriptions can be found in the subscription on your account.
What rewards do I get for subscribing?
There are many rewards that we offer customers that subscribe. You can find all the benefits for subscribing here
Is there an option for recurring payments?
Yes, you can set up a recurring payment on your account page. When you are entering your information there is a box you can check to set up automatic payments.
Can I earn points with Pop-up shops?
Any purchases that are made on PeppermintOne are able to earn points, whether it is through pop-up shops or PM1 products.
Are there wishlists or ways to save items?
There are wishlists, users can click on their cart at any time to move it to their wishlist. All wish lists are able to be viewed on your account page, as well as the ability to add and remove items from it.
Can you save your payment method?
You can save your payment information for future use on your account. If you ever need to update your payment you can visit the payment tab on your account and remove it or edit the information.
