How much does shipping cost?
Standard US shipping is $5.99. Orders of $50 or more (before tax) ship free.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, US orders typically arrive in 3-4 business days. Processing may take a little longer during holidays and peak seasons.
Where do you ship from?
Every order ships from our US warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship internationally with DHL Express and USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
My package is delayed or lost. What should I do?
Email us at marketing@ppmt1.com with your order number and we'll help track it down.
Do you offer local pickup?
Not at this time. All orders are shipped.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. See our full Return Policy.
How do I start a return?
Email marketing@ppmt1.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.
Are any items non-returnable?
Yes. Food items (including soy sauce), personal care goods, custom orders, sale items and gift cards can't be returned. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away and we'll make it right.
Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

Which Dr. Solar window film should I choose?
The 50% VLT option gives a lighter look with strong heat rejection. The 35% VLT option adds more glare reduction and privacy. Both block UV rays and won't interfere with Wi-Fi or cell signals.
Can I install Dr. Solar window film myself?
Yes. Dr. Solar films are made for DIY installation on home and office windows.
Where is SANC soy sauce made?
SANC is a premium Korean soy sauce, naturally brewed using traditional fermentation since 1957.
