US shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more (before tax)
- Orders under $50: flat $5.99
- Delivery: 3-4 business days after your order ships
Processing time
Orders are typically packed and shipped from our US warehouse within 1-2 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays and peak seasons. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
International shipping
We ship to select countries via DHL Express and USPS. Rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping does not apply to international orders. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility unless prepaid duties are offered at checkout.
Delays and lost packages
Delivery times are estimates. If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, email us at marketing@ppmt1.com and we'll make it right.
