I love this! I have used it several times now and I am so excited to get really great soy flavor without that overdose of salt. It helps when cooking because you can salt ingredients to taste and then not worry that the soy sauce is going to overpower everything. I love it for making marinades and sauces. The pouring spout is similar to those found in things like mirin and that also is handy when cooking. No fuss whatsoever. Pour out measurements easily. It also seems to blend well with all the other Korean flavors, much better than what I usually find locally.

Taste is really good and smooth, not overly salty from sodium. The quality seems really good to me. I didnt experience leaks with the product. The size almost lasted me the whole month up till last few days and i used it to make chicken for lunch every day. The color is nice aswell, no wierd green color or anything.

This soy sauce has the best taste I have tasted in Soy Sauce. It has a better taste than the Swan Soy Sauce I have used for a longtime. You pay a little more but is well worth it.

This Korean Shinangchon Sengmyongmul Soy Sauce, 12.2 Fl.Oz, adds a more interesting flavor than any standard soy sauce. It's a bit sweet, salty and has that umami flavor, too. I tested it on fresh cooked rice, and it's very appealing. I will use it on marinated tofu next time I prepare it. A little goes a long way, so this will last a while. Highly recommend!!

This is a really nice soy sauce, I added it over some broccoli and some chicken and really liked the flavor. I was worried that it might be too salty, but this is not like a lot of other soy sauces I've tried in the past (like Kikoman) - the flavor is still "soy sauce" but just a slightly different profile that isn't so salt forward.

Overall this is really nice stuff that I want to save for when I want the soy sauce to be the star flavor, and I'll use my other cheaper soy sauce when it's just an ingredient I add to a recipe.
